Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping options are presented during check-out, and available options are dependent upon your locale and total order weight. Domestic orders include standard insurance. International orders are uninsured, and Fresh Stock Blocks assumes no liability for lost or missing international packages. Likewise, relevant duties and taxes are the burden of the customer. 

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Every effort is made to ship orders the next business day after receiving them. During a product launch, order volume may be high, and we appreciate your patience if it takes longer than normal to process your oder. 

In the case that your shipment doesn't get to you smoothly, please contact us, and we will do whatever we can to help, but we cannot be held liable for the service provided by the USPS.
